Only two years young, Rocketown is our 2009 Kingdom Class Awards winner in the church category. Rocketown provides a safe environment for kids to enjoy live music, encouraging messages, games and snacks in a mentoring environment. Kids who participate in RT often have chaotic home lives and lack meaningful relationships with adults. In most cases these kids have no church, sports leagues, clubs, or youth groups to call home. When the weather is cold outside and the kids that hang out at the skate park and Rec Center playground have no where to go, Rocketown is there.
