From the MCN By-Laws:

Leadership and Officers of the Corporation

a. Officers

The leadership body of the network will be called the Round Table.

The members of the round table select the officers of the network.

A president will be chosen from the members of the round table. The president will work closely with the MCN Coordinator to fulfill the mission of the network.

A secretary will be chosen from the members of the round table. The secretary will record minutes of the round table meetings and collect documentation necessary to compile an annual report documenting the activities of the network.

A treasurer will be selected by the Round Table, and will provide reports to the roundtable at their regular meetings but may, or may not, be a member of the Round Table. The treasurer will write checks for the network with a signature from the coordinator.

b. Round Table Membership

Round table membership is drawn from the three core ministries of the network: Church in the City (Pastors), Lighthouses (Neighborhoods), and Marketplace Ministries (Businesses) . Pastors are given majority standing at the Round Table so that it remains church-centered. The Roundtable will initially be enlisted by the MCN Coordinator and thereafter by the roundtable. Up to ten members may be appointed to serve at any one time . The membership will strive to include representation from the community's various Christian denominations, with sensitivity to the inclusion of ethnic groups, and geographic regions of the broader community. The MCN Coordinator will be a fully participating member of the round table.

c. Terms

Membership will be without terms. When it is sensed that a member is no longer able to constructively contribute, voluntary resignation is expected. Round table members may also be removed from office by a vote of the remaining members, however, consensus is preferred in all decisions.

d. Qualifications

Each Roundtable member must: Have a city-level vision demonstrated through expertise, actions, and reputation. A commitment to Christian living; a person of spiritual integrity; committed to Jesus Christ as Lord. Be empowered by the Holy Spirit and exhibiting fruit of the Spirit in life and work.

They have:

  • a commitment to making private prayer a top priority each day,

  • personal experience as part of Church in the City, Lighthouses, or Marketplace Ministries,

  • agreement with the concepts of the Round Table,

  • a Kingdom focus and a passion to make their region "Kingdom-Class,"

  • ability to set aside controversial doctrinal differences and practices and work for unity,

  • desire to involve others in the mission and ministries of the Network,

  • a peaceful and mutually affirming relationship with a local church.

e. Roles

The Round Table will provide counsel and oversight for the MCN Coordinator. They serve with the MCN Coordinator as servant leaders, committed collaborators, effective unifiers, with a heart for mentoring and encouragement.

Roundtable members help the coordinator:

  • identify needs (reactive or proactive),

  • identify ministries/agencies in their community that address those needs,

  • identify what they want God to do and what God wants them to do,

  • identify those actions that will cause positive change,

Roundtable members will:

  • encourage and strive for spiritual protection for the other members,

  • make decisions through general consensus using prayer and discussion,

  • provide leadership for specified tasks as agreed upon by the members,

  • set the annual salary of the coordinator,

  • oversee the proper handling of the treasury, ensuring for the management and financial controls necessary to provide reasonable assurance that all resources are in conformity with applicable federal and state laws and regulations to accomplish the exempt purposes for which they are intended.

Jimmy went into a shop, took a toy tank, gave the shopkeeper fake money and started to leave.

So, the shopkeeper told ed hardy outlet him, "Excuse me, little boy, this isn't real money."Little Jimmy didn't reply, continuing walking out of the shop. The shopkeeper repeated himself, and Jimmy kept walking.

The third time the shopkeeper called Air Max him, "I'm sorry, young man, but this is not real money."
